The problem

Sound familiar?

Which drawing is current?

It is easy to work from an older drawing. PinArch keeps the published version and its history together.

Where did that decision go?

Track material preferences, comments and approvals alongside the relevant design.

Explaining the same revision again

Link feedback to a point on the image and explain changes with each new version.

Illustrative project · read-only example

One project. A clear next step for both sides.

No real client data. Explore two versions and the office/client perspectives. Choices are not saved and do not create approvals.

What do I need to do?

Review the current design, see what changed and ask questions alongside the relevant image.

Material preferenceExample preference: light oak. Saving a preference is separate from approval.
Approval for a specific versionIn a real project, approval requires consent for the stated version and a fresh code sent by email.

How it works

Three steps to a shared decision

Prepare a draft, explicitly publish it, then track feedback and decisions.

  1. 1

    Prepare the draft

Set up rooms and phases; add images, PDFs and material cards. Uploading does not automatically share content with clients.

  2. 2

    Publish for your client

Publish the version you want to share and send the invitation. Clients access the project with a free account.

  3. 3

    Track the decision

See comments and revisions in context. Material preferences are separate from approval; approving a specific version requires a fresh email code.

Who it's for

Easy for both sides

For studios

  • All projects, phases and pending approvals on one dashboard

  • Comfortable on a phone, with pinch to zoom
  • Pending approvals, a phase bar and recent activity show where the project stands
  • Interface in their own language
Features

Your whole client process in one place

From revisions and material choices to chat and approval.

Pinpoint comments

Pins are placed exactly where they matter on an image or PDF. Each pin is its own thread.

Version history

Every revision is archived as V1, V2, V3. Older versions and their comments are never lost.

Material board

Flooring, paint (RAL, NCS and more), tiles and furniture cards. Offer alternatives and let your client choose.

Recorded approvals

Approvals are tied to a specific version. Email code verification, server time and a file fingerprint are recorded with each one.

Security

Your projects stay private

Only authorised office team members and invited clients/viewers. Viewers cannot approve.

Who can see the project?

Only authorised office team members and invited clients/viewers. Viewers cannot approve.

Does a new version change an earlier approval?

No. The earlier approval stays in history. Each newly published version is reviewed separately; drafts stay hidden from clients.

What does approval record?

Person, time, version and content hash are stored as an evidentiary record. This is not an electronic signature or a guarantee of legal validity.

About

PinArch is being built to simplify the most draining part of an architecture studio's client work.

Why PinArch?

An interior project involves dozens of renders, hundreds of material decisions and countless revisions. Most of those decisions are still made in messaging apps, voice notes and phone calls.

The result: lost notes, repeated questions and “that's not what I asked for” debates once work begins on site.

PinArch brings this process into one transparent space: the client views, comments and approves; the studio keeps a record of every decision.

Simplicity

No account, no setup and no learning curve for your client.

Transparency

Every decision shows who made it and for which version.

Privacy

Your projects are yours; files are never published publicly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does my client need an account?

Yes, and it is free. Your client creates an account with their email and a password from the invitation link; the same account shows projects from different studios. When approving, a fresh code sent to their email is also required.

Is an approval legally binding?

PinArch records each approval with the approver's verified email, server time, version and file fingerprint. This is not an electronic signature; please consult your lawyer for a legal assessment.

Which file types can I upload?

JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC images and PDF drawings. External links such as Kuula or Matterport can be added for 360° tours.

How much does it cost?

During the pilot, plans are assigned by our team and there is no charge. Pricing will be announced after the pilot.

Is there a mobile app?

PinArch runs in the browser and can be added to your phone's home screen like an app. Nothing else to install.

Can a client withdraw an approval?

The client sends a withdrawal request with a reason; only if the architect accepts does the item await approval again. The original approval record is never deleted; the request and the decision are kept as separate records.
