1. The service

PinArch is a web application in which offices share project images, PDF files, 360° tour links and material cards with their clients in versions, clients give feedback with pins and comments and approve versions, and approvals are documented in reconciliation reports. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Account and office responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret. The office administrator manages the team, project assignments and customer access. Offices are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and customer details they add to projects.

3. Customer access and invitations

Customers and viewers use their own PinArch customer account and see only the projects they were invited to. Invitation links are single-use, valid for 7 days and bound only to an account verified with the invited email address. An office can close the access it granted to its project at any time.

4. Content and intellectual property

Rights in content added to projects belong to the office that added it or to the right holders. PinArch stores and displays this content only to deliver the service. Infringing or harmful content may not be uploaded; uploaded files are not published before they pass security checks.

5. Nature of approval records

Records created by customer approvals are evidentiary records: they show, in a form that cannot be changed, who approved a specific version and when. They are not claimed to be a legally binding contract or declaration in themselves. Chat messages and material preferences are not approvals.

6. Plans and limits

Each office has a plan assigned by PinArch; the plans, the limits on active projects, team users, storage and customers and the plan features are described on the pricing page. A warning is shown when usage reaches 80% of a limit; past a limit a tolerance of 10% (at least 1) applies for 14 days, after which operations that raise the usage are refused. No data is deleted or locked because of a plan. Terms are announced in advance before any paid plan starts. Invoicing or collecting payments from an office's own clients is not part of PinArch.

7. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms, security risks or abuse. You may ask to close your account at any time; your data is deleted according to the retention periods in the privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for uninterrupted and error-free operation but do not guarantee it. Colours and images shown on screen may differ from the real material. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We may update the terms; each version is published on this page with its date.
