Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. PinArch uses cookies and browser storage only to make the service work and to remember your preferences.
2. Essential cookies
Office session cookies (Auth.js): confirm that you are signed in and protect forms; valid for the session.
Customer session cookie (pinarch.customer): keeps your customer account signed in; valid for 8 hours, or 30 days if you choose "remember me". Only the server can read it.
3. Preference records
Language cookie (pinarch.locale): remembers a language you explicitly chose for 1 year. Browser storage (pinarch.lang, pinarch.theme): keeps your language and light/dark theme on this device.
Offline page: when the app is installed, the service worker stores only the general offline page, which contains no personal data; project data, files and sign-in screens are never stored. Project images may stay in the browser cache for the lifetime of their display links (a few minutes).
4. Analytics and advertising
PinArch uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies you cannot sign in.
