Track material preferences, comments and approvals alongside the relevant design.
Link feedback to a point on the image and explain changes with each new version.
No real client data. Explore two versions and the office/client perspectives. Choices are not saved and do not create approvals.

Review the current design, see what changed and ask questions alongside the relevant image.
Prepare a draft, explicitly publish it, then track feedback and decisions.
Set up rooms and phases; add images, PDFs and material cards. Uploading does not automatically share content with clients.
Publish the version you want to share and send the invitation. Clients access the project with a free account.
See comments and revisions in context. Material preferences are separate from approval; approving a specific version requires a fresh email code.
From revisions and material choices to chat and approval.
Pins are placed exactly where they matter on an image or PDF. Each pin is its own thread.
Every revision is archived as V1, V2, V3. Older versions and their comments are never lost.
Flooring, paint (RAL, NCS and more), tiles and furniture cards. Offer alternatives and let your client choose.
Approvals are tied to a specific version. Email code verification, server time and a file fingerprint are recorded with each one.
A project chat for conversations that don't fit a pin. Messages can be linked to the related item.
Your client sees everything in their own language: Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

Schedule meetings with a Meet, Zoom or Teams link; your client gets a calendar invite and decisions are noted.

No. The earlier approval stays in history. Each newly published version is reviewed separately; drafts stay hidden from clients.

Send a security reportPinArch is being built to simplify the most draining part of an architecture studio's client work.
An interior project involves dozens of renders, hundreds of material decisions and countless revisions. Most of those decisions are still made in messaging apps, voice notes and phone calls.
The result: lost notes, repeated questions and “that's not what I asked for” debates once work begins on site.
PinArch brings this process into one transparent space: the client views, comments and approves; the studio keeps a record of every decision.
No account, no setup and no learning curve for your client.
Every decision shows who made it and for which version.
Your projects are yours; files are never published publicly.
Yes, and it is free. Your client creates an account with their email and a password from the invitation link; the same account shows projects from different studios. When approving, a fresh code sent to their email is also required.
PinArch records each approval with the approver's verified email, server time, version and file fingerprint. This is not an electronic signature; please consult your lawyer for a legal assessment.
JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC images and PDF drawings. External links such as Kuula or Matterport can be added for 360° tours.
During the pilot, plans are assigned by our team and there is no charge. Pricing will be announced after the pilot.
PinArch runs in the browser and can be added to your phone's home screen like an app. Nothing else to install.
The client sends a withdrawal request with a reason; only if the architect accepts does the item await approval again. The original approval record is never deleted; the request and the decision are kept as separate records.
During the pilot we work one-on-one with participating studios.
